Sarah is a Recovery Coach, Mental Health trainer and Social Prescriber The main goal of these sessions is to aid practitioners to reach deep states of relaxation and inner peace, and a higher state of consciousness. Scientific data has proven that when our mind is in the deeper state of relaxation our cells have an opportunity to repair and re-energise, not only when we are meditating but the meditation can have a profound effect on the structure and functioning of the brain and bring a more resilient state to daily living. To create safety and a sense of connection and belonging to the group Sarah organises a pre- meditation daily check in where participants can choose to share a little of their day with a group of others to benefit from the peer support. A Check out after the meditation ensures that people are grounded and feel safe to leave before they go.

The Dharma in Pyjamas ™ sessions were designed and created in September 2019 when Sarah felt a calling to bring to the world an online mediation class whereby people could show up in their pyjamas if needs be and frequently used the word “lockdown” to describe the state of not being able to go out of the house. Little did she know that this would be the state of being for everyone on the whole planet within a few months. Deep compassion has allowed Sarah to offer these practices for free, donations are very welcome from anyone who feels moved to make an offering
