Hanmi Teachings

Hanmi Dharma Teachings

The awakened masters have preserved this knowledge through an unbroken lineage in the Hanmi Chinese Esoteric School of Buddhism. The Great Enlightener, MahaVairocana Dharma King Dechan Jueren, the 49th Great Acharya and lineage bearer has brought these teachings to the west and made them accessible to the public when founding teaching centres. Now, Hanmi Disciples continue with Living Buddha Dechan Jueren’s mission bringing these Dharma Teachings to students worldwide.

This teaching was brought from India to China in 749 AD, and was traditionally taught only to initiated disciples. This dharma is used for spiritual protection from negative forces, and to extinguish accidents, disasters, and bad fortune. Black Manjusri helps to negate the effects of unfavorable astrological influences, builds a foundation for advanced Feng Shui, space clearing, and dealing with problems associated with unusual phenomenon.
Martial artists have a lot of movement, when your movements and all and everything in nature becomes one, the sense of every animal, plants, they also move, when your movements and their movements become one, you begin to realize something else. This idea goes the same as in the Buddhist teaching.
If you want to change your luck, change your destiny, one is you run into someone who is aware, who knows, run into a knower, that points it out for you. Two, it depends on your own effort. It depends on yourself. I often say this, who really gives you blessings? No one, except for yourself. For if you have done what is necessary, you really did a lot of things for others, what belongs to you will be yours, you don't need to ask for it. This is the accumulation of merit. Without this kind of merit as your foundation, you can go ask for it and beg for it, you will not get it.

Esoteric Buddhism teaches the attainment of Buddhahood with this body. In other words, to attain awakening in this one lifetime, you will not wait until the next lifetime. You want to become a Buddha, and then it must be based on the foundation of great merit. How do you become a great one of merit? A Buddha sees every being as his own father and his own mother. When from the bottom of your heart you are able to see every being as your own father and mother then you will be able to bear whether praise or criticism from anybody. Slowly you will learn to forgive others.
The Chinese Esoteric School of Buddhism or Han Mi 漢密 traces its lineage to Sakyamuni Buddha. It continues down to Nagarjuna, Nagrjuna to Nagabodhi, Nagabodhi to Vajrabodhi, Vajrabodhi to Amoghavajra, and Amoghavajra to Huisu. The lineage continues down to Huitong, Huitong to Huiling, Huiling to Dechan Jueren. Hanmi merges the teachings of Laotzu, Confucius and Sakyamuni in one lifestyle, bringing ancient culture to modern world, and providing practical solution to real life suffering.
